REFUND SCHEME – TEST MATCHES

For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match – a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match – a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded. In respect of tickets purchased in advance for the day on which this ticket is valid, refunds will be made automatically by Yorkshire County Cricket Club to the original purchaser only, either by refunding his or her debit or credit card or by sending a cheque. This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches. In respect of tickets purchased at the Ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket with your name and address in block capitals to Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Emerald Headingley Cricket Ground, Headingley, LS6 3DP within 28 days of the Match date. For refund queries telephone Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Also visit www.ecb.co.uk/refundscheme. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of the claim for your refund to be processed.

All tickets are issued by or on behalf of Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Each Ticket is and shall remain at all times the property of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.

Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc., is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.

Vitality Blast

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket using a credit or debit card will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket within 28 days. Customers that pay cash or cheque through the ticket office or one of the cash turnstiles should send their ticket, with the payee’s name and address, to: The Ticket Office, Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Carnegie Pavilion, Kirkstall Lane, Leeds, LS6 3DP within 28 days of the scheduled completion of the match. All cash or cheque payments will be refunded by cheque. There will be NO cash refunds. Please allow 28 days from receipt of your claim for us to process your refund. Please note no refunds can be given for T20 Blast Season Tickets.

Specsavers County Championship & Royal London One-Day Cup (RLODC)

For SCC matches and group stages in the RLODC at Headingley, if play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, those who have purchased a ticket should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged for another day’s SCC or RLODC group stage play during the 2016/17 season. Nil value tickets cannot be exchanged unless they are a complimentary member ticket which will be indicated on the front of the ticket next to the value with the wording ‘Complimentary Member Ticket’.

In order to exchange your ticket you need to either post the ticket, with your name and address to: The Ticket Office, Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Carnegie Pavilion, Kirkstall Lane, Leeds, LS6 3DP with a covering letter stating the match you would like to exchange your ticket for, or alternatively, bring your ticket to the Ticket Office, in the Yorkshire Cricket Centre, on the day of the chosen match and we will exchange this for a valid barcoded ticket for that day.

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket using a credit or debit card will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket within 28 days.
