Matthew Revis scored an excellent 106 as Yorkshire set Derbyshire a mammoth 571 victory target just after tea on day three at Scarborough as they pursue a second LV= Insurance County Championship success of the summer.

Yorkshire enjoyed a stunning seven-wicket afternoon with the ball followed by a brilliant evening with the bat on day two at Scarborough as they seized control of their LV= Insurance County Championship clash with Derbyshire.

The sun is shining at Scarborough once again, ahead of day two, which will begin with Derbyshire 47-1 in reply to Yorkshire's 297. Wickets are the order of the day. We will get going at 10.30am.

James Wharton’s pleasing middle order 58 was Yorkshire’s standout contribution in a competitive 297 all out during a hard-fought opening day at Scarborough which saw Derbyshire medium pacer Anuj Dal impress with five wickets.

Yorkshire are back in LV= Insurance County Championship action, against Derbyshire at Scarborough. It is the first four-day game since late July and the first of four remaining games this season. Shan Masood and co are aiming to repeat June's win over Derbyshire at Chesterfield.

Prizes may not be on offer for Yorkshire during the final month of the summer, but there remains plenty to play for in the eyes of captain Shan Masood.
