The Yorkshire players were presented the challenge of getting out quickly on Friday, not something that you would usually associate with a cricket team.

This wasn’t to test their mettle out in the middle, but to encourage teamwork, togetherness and how to react under pressure.

Following training on Friday morning, the squad headed to Locked In Games, a live escape experience in Leeds designed to test your wits, working in teams decipher various clues to escape a room within an hour.

In teams of four, the players were tasked with escaping ominous sounding rooms called Nursery Nightmares, Classroom of Doom, Kiss Of Death, Hotel Heist, American Die-Ner, and The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe.
