Good morning...
From Bristol, where it’s another warm day. We have hazy sunshine at present ahead of Yorkshire’s seventh match of nine, against a Gloucestershire side who are also right in the thick of the race for the semi-finals. We get going at 10.30am.
Yorkshire head into today on the back of successive home defeats against the top two sides in the group table, Middlesex and Glamorgan. They remain fourth, holding what would be the last semi-final berth. But only just.
Worcestershire, Sussex and Gloucestershire are right on their heels.
Both counties have won three and lost three so far. Yorkshire (15 points) are two points better off courtesy of having won their three matches with a bonus point.
