Yorkshire County Cricket Club was deeply saddened by the passing of Harold “Dickie” Bird MBE OBE – a true legend of Yorkshire and world cricket.
A funeral service to remember Dickie’s life will take place on Sunday 19 October at 2pm at St Mary’s Church, Barnsley, followed by a private family committal.
Those wishing to attend the service are kindly asked to register their intention using the form below. This will assist with planning for both church capacity and the wake at Barnsley Town Hall following the service.
