In Division Two, Sussex are 17-0 reply to Warwickshire’s first-innings 299 at Edgbaston as Jason Gillespie kicks off his spell in charge at Hove.

Northants are 48-3 chasing 303 to beat Middlesex at Lords, while Kent are 18-0 in their second innings against Gloucestershire at Canterbury having been bowled out for just 64. Gloucester were 110 all out in their first innings.
