George Hill

A brilliant reaction from wicketkeeper Alex Davies as George Hill is caught at slip yesterday.

Good morning...

From Scarborough, where it’s a stunner of a morning.

It’s warm and sunny, and there will be a start on time at 11am.

Fin Bean is currently having a net on the square.

Yorkshire had another good day yesterday, advancing their first innings from 386-6 overnight to 469 all out before restricting Warwickshire to 225-7 in reply.

It wasn’t one of those days where wickets fell like ninepins, more an attritional sort of day. That was the description used by Warwickshire opener Rob Yates, who contributed 65, and he was exactly right.

Jack White was excellent with three wickets for the White Rose, who have a new ball to use an over into the day today.

Our match report and reaction pieces from yesterday, the latter with Dom Bess, are linked at the bottom of the page.

The stream is embedded above.

Enjoy the day.
