Live: Yorkshire Men v Durham, Vitality Blast

Yorkshire's Vitality Blast bandwagon has arrived at York, where Durham are the visitors for Clifton Park's first ever first-team T20 fixture. We get going at 2.30pm in front of a sellout crowd of 4,500. 

Yorkshire beaten by six wickets

Durham take home the four points, their fourth win in six matches.

Alex Lees has led the chase with 62. They chased the target in 18 overs.

Yorkshire have lost for the fifth time in seven matches and have significant work to do in the second half of their campaign.

Jordan Thompson had Alex Lees caught at mid-off for 62 late on. He shared 60 with Will Rhodes, 31 not out.

There just one more game in the North. That’s Leicestershire Foxes v Worcestershire Rapids at the Uptonsteel County Ground, Grace Road.

In the South Group, it’s Gloucestershire v Glamorgan at the Seat Unique Stadium, Bristol and Somerset v Kent Spitfires at the Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton.

From a sunny Clifton Park in York, where Yorkshire are facing Durham as the county’s Vitality Blast North Group campaign reaches its halfway stage.

Yorkshire have so far won two and lost four, though Durham have won three and lost two.

Jonny Bairstow (calf) and Jordan Thompson (side) are fit to return today, the former playing at his former home and just a stone’s throw away from where he went to school at St Peter’s.

The White Rose are bidding to bounce back from Friday night’s defeat to the Bears at Headingley, while Durham beat Northamptonshire at Wantage Road.
