Performances from all around today.

We head to Finals Day on Saturday at Northampton alongside Leicestershire from the North and Middlesex and Glamorgan from the South.

Ward lbw. A tad unfortunate to say the least.

Duckworth falls to spin, bringing Ami Campbell to the crease with 17 needed.

Yorkshire 66-2, 9.1 overs

Boyce and Erin Thomas to open

Our chase about to get underway.

Revised target of 93 in 16 overs

We will be getting back underway at 4.45pm, with Yorkshire’s target reduced from 110 in 20 to 93 in 16.

Plenty of blue sky knocking around now.

Rain has passed through

There will be an inspection in 10 minutes here at New Road, where the ground-staff are removing the covers.

Rain returns

Our chase of 110 will be delayed by the rain, which has returned.

Worcestershire 109 all out, 20 overs

Samadhi Samarakoon stumped Maddie Ward bowled Amelia Love, 10.

Smart work stood up to the stumps, and Yorkshire wrap up the innings nicely.

Good work from the White Rose with the ball and in the field. Amelia Love, Jeanie Lee and Olivia Thomas all finished with two wickets apiece.

Worcestershire 96-9, 17 overs

Amy Wheeler run out, 15.

Hammered down the ground and tries to come back for two but Olivia Thomas throws to bowler Claudie Cooper, who relays it to the keeper’s end and Maddie Ward does the rest.

Worcestershire 80-8, 15 overs

Emily Churms bowled Claudie Cooper, 4.

Our off-spinner pushes one through a bit quicker and is rewarded.

Worcestershire 73-7, 13.5 overs

Poppy Davies caught Claudie Cooper bowled Amelia Love, 9.

Caught at mid-off, and the Rapids have a task on their hands to reach 100 from here.

Worcestershire 67-6, 12.3 overs

Ruby Davis bowled Jeanie Lee, 29.

Bowled looking to scoop.

Big breakthrough for Yorkshire, who are all over the Rapids now.

Second wicket for the seam of Lee.

Worcestershire 55-5, 9.4 overs

Sophie Beech caught Rebecca Duckworth bowled Olivia Thomas, 1.

Caught at cover. Two wickets in the over, and Yorkshire are asserting their authority now.

Worcestershire 53-4, 9.1 overs

Gwen Davies caught and bowled Olivia Thomas, 9.

Leg-spinner Thomas strikes with her first ball. Fine, sharp catch.

She’s the second bowler of the day to strike with her first ball, following Jess Woolston.

Worcestershire 53-3, 9 overs

Ruby Davis 21 and Gwen Davies 9.

Worcestershire 39-3, 6.4 overs

Bryony Gillgrass lbw Jeanie Lee, 1.

Maiden wicket for Yorkshire’s EPP seamer.

Trapped in front trying to sweep a full ball.

Worcestershire 38-2, 6 overs

Competitive powerplay.

Yorkshire claimed wickets via Jess Woolston and a run out, but Worcestershire have played positively.

Ruby Davis is leading the way on 17.

Worcestershire 25-2, 3.2 overs

Ebony Tweats run out, 10.

Cut Amelia Love to point, where Claudie Cooper parries initially but then picks up and throws the stumps at the non-striker’s end down.

Bryony Gillgrass in now alongside Ruby Davis, who has 5.

Worcestershire 3-1, 1.1 overs

Clare Boycott caught Ami Campbell bowled Jess Woolston, 2.

Miscued pull to mid-wicket.

Perfect start from Woolston.

Ruby Davis in now alongside Ebony Tweats.

Langston with the new ball

Beth Langston will open the bowling, with Clare Boycott and Ebony Tweats opening the batting for the Rapids.

Yorkshire win it and bowl first

Yorkshire: Georgie Boyce, Erin Thomas, Rebecca Duckworth, Maddie Ward c&w, Ami Campbell, Olivia Thomas, Beth Langston, Jess Woolston, Claudie Cooper, Amelia Love, Jeanie Lee.

Much brighter

It’s much brighter now at New Road.

While the covers remain in place, the rain has stopped and the sun is trying to break through.

Around the grounds...

This is one of four Tier 2 Blast fixtures today. All games are 2.30pm starts.

North Group

Derbyshire Falcons v Leicestershire Foxes, Repton School

South Group

Gloucestershire v Middlesex, Cheltenham College

Kent v Sussex Sharks, The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, Canterbury

Middlesex and Glamorgan are already qualified for Finals Day from the South.

In the North, Yorkshire are top and qualified. Northamptonshire are second on 14 points from eight games. They have completed their group stage. Leicestershire are third on 13. If they win today, they’re through. If not, Worcestershire in fourth – 11 points – could capitalise. Worcestershire’s net run-rate works in their favour.

Good afternoon...

From Visit Worcestershire New Road, where it’s raining, unfortunately.

Yorkshire’s women are playing their last Vitality Blast group match. For the visitors, it’s a dead rubber – already qualified for Saturday’s Finals Day at Northampton. For the hosts, they must win it to have any chance of joining the White Rose at Finals Day alongside Middlesex and Glamorgan.

We’ve just had a heavy rain shower, which has died down now somewhat.

Hopefully it passes in time for us to get going at 2.30pm.

Yorkshire are aiming for an eighth successive group win, their most recent coming against Leicestershire at Grace Road on Friday afternoon – by 12 runs defending 143.

You can read our preview for this match, with on-loan opener Georgie Boyce, via the link above.

There will be a live stream available.
