Good morning from Emerald Headingley, where the weather has taken a turn for the worse.
Turning up to rain and the covers on wasn’t entirely unexpected, but fingers crossed it brightens up quickly and we can get underway against champions Nottinghamshire in today’s Royal London one-day Cup clash.
Yorkshire are looking to bounce back from successive home defeats to West Midlands rivals Warwickshire and Worcestershire earlier this week. They currently have a record of won one and lost two, while Notts have won two and lost one.
