Ben Coad with 5-15 and Jonny Tattersall with 90 not out shone as Yorkshire took control.

There’s supposed to be a bit of rain around this afternoon, so it will be interesting to see how far we get.

Each of the top three sides in Division Two, Sussex and Middlesex, had a good day in their respective matches yesterday, so it could well be pretty much as you were by the end of the week. Sussex are 121-1 in reply to Glamorgan’s 186 all out at Hove and Middlesex 377 all out against Gloucestershire at Lord’s.
