5:30pm England have progressed to 93 for 2 with Ollie Pope unbeaten on 36 alongside Joe Root on 16. England require a further 203 runs to win.

3:37pm All out! Jack Leach completes his five-fer claiming the wicket of Trent Boult bowled. The left-armer has 10-wickets in the match, a tremendous achievement. England require 295 runs to win.

3:16pm Nine down! Neil Wagner nicks Jack Leach behind to Sam Billings who catches the ball between his legs. New Zealand are now 305 for 9, a lead of 274.

2:25pm Wicket! A couple of balls later Matty Potts traps Daryl Mitchell lbw for 56. The Kiwi batter reviews the decision but it is not overturned. New Zealand are 274 for 6 with a lead of 243.

2:22pm Matty Potts hits Tom Blundell on the pad and the batter is given out. However, DRS comes to Blundell’s saviour showing the ball to be missing leg, by a coat of paint…

2:10pm 50 for Tom Blundell! The New Zealand wicketkeeper has scored his second half-century of the match and New Zealand are building a good lead, currently 233. They are 264 for 5.

2:00pm The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is delighted to be offering supporters the chance to watch day five of the Test Match at Headingley for free.

1:00pm Lunch! New Zealand have gone through the opening session without losing a wicket and are now 254 for 5. Daryl Mitchell is 44 not out alongside Tom Blundell who is unbeaten on 45.

12:15pm Close! Jack Leach wrapped Daryl Mitchell on the front pad and the umpire gave it out. However, on review the ball was going over the top of the stumps. New Zealand are 206 for 5.

9:50am Good morning from Headingley! We are all set for day four with England searching for the final five wickets whilst New Zealand will be hoping that Daryl Mitchell and Tom Blundell can continue their great form from the series.

Overnight news from Headingley is that Ben Foakes has Covid-19 and is being replaced in the side by Sam Billings, who will keep wicket.

New Zealand will resume on 168 for 5 in their second innings, a lead of 137 over England.
