Yorkshire CCC men’s squad visited Broughton Hall Estate for a wellbeing day on Friday.
The day included experiencing ‘Forest Bathing’ with the forest guru Liz Dawes, Anna Gough taught the breathing techniques required to overcome the ice baths before the lads tested their rhythm in a drumming session.
