There are four stand-out candidates who have led the way for the Diamonds, with the key statistics for each of them below. The candidates

Erin Burns

Erin Burns has been exceptional this month, showcasing her all-rounder prowess with a commanding 49 runs against Central Sparks. She followed this up with a stunning bowling performance, taking 5-25 against The Blaze.

Leah Dobson

Right-hander batter Leah Dobson has been a solid performer this month, scoring 55 runs against South East Stars. Her consistent batting at the middle order has been impressive as the Diamonds got their T20 campaign underway.

Hollie Armitage

Leading by example, Hollie Armitage has had a standout month with the bat and ball. She claimed 3-40 against Central Sparks and then shone with a stellar 66 runs against the South East Stars.

Emma Marlow

Emma Marlow delivered an impressive batting performance, scoring 47* not out against Thunder alongside some quick-fire performances in the middle order.
