A-Z Event Guide:

Accessibility

All our accessibility guidance can be found below including information on our Changing Places facility.

Accessibility

Age and Minimum Age of attendees

The minimum age for a child (anyone under the age of 18) to attend an event unaccompanied is 14 years old. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult*. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check before buying tickets that they comply with these age restrictions. Whilst there is a minimum age restriction in place, parents/carers are responsible for deciding whether their child (aged 14-17) needs to be accompanied by a responsible adult based on their general developmental maturity and their awareness of the potential risks.

*A responsible adult is aged 18 or older, with the capacity to make decisions that are in the best interests of a child.

Bag Sizes

In addition, there will be restrictions on the size of bag that can be brought in. Exceptions will only be made for bags containing essential medical provisions/equipment or baby changing items that require larger bags. Please do not bring a bag larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8″ x 6″ x 2″) with you to the event (this equates to a small handbag).

Buggy Storage

Prams and pushchairs (buggies) will not be allowed into the stands. There will be a buggy storage service in operation, located in the East Stand nets which can be accessed via the East Stand entrance, on the ground floor. The facility will be open from 6pm until 15 minutes before the start of the show and will reopen once the show is finished.

Please note, there will be no access to this facility during the show. All buggies are left at the customers discretion.

This area is for buggy storage only.

Drones

The night sky in Leeds will have 600 drones creating a mesmerizing visual experience.

Please note that there will be a Safety Zone in operation ahead of the drones taking flight and when the Drone Show is taking place. These areas will be stewarded, and no access be allowed in these areas.

Drones and Driver Distractions

The airspace for the drone show will be visible from surrounding main roads around the stadium and we would like to make drivers aware that they may find a momentary distraction. Guidance of how to mitigate or deal with these distractions can be found here:
