The month of July saw Yorkshire compete in two Specsavers County Championship games; a loss to Essex at Chelmsford and a victory over Somerset at Emerald Headingley. Vitality Blast cricket then returned with the Yorkshire Vikings recording one win, two losses and two no-results in the month.
