Live: Middlesex v Yorkshire Men, MBODC

Yorkshire are in Metro Bank One-Day Cup action today, against Middlesex at Radlett. It's a clash between the top two sides in the Group B. Follow this page for live updates throughout the day.

YORKSHIRE WIN!!!

Yorkshire win by seven wickets in 27 overs of their pursuit of 130.

Imam-Ul-Haq finishes with 54 and Harry Duke 28, the latter capping a particularly memorable day which started with a Yorkshire List A record six victims (all catches) in an innings.

The White Rose have won four from five in Group B and strengthened their position at the top of the table.

Fabulous performance, which started with Matt Milnes taking four wickets and Ben Coad three.

Yorkshire on course for the knockouts.

Imam 50

Imam-Ul-Haq

Back in the side following a game away, and the runs continue to flow for Imam-Ul-Haq.

Four games, four times to 50, including two hundreds, in this competition.

His latest has been reached off 63 balls and 6x4s.

Yorkshire 111-3 in the 25th over, needing 19 more to win. Harry Duke has 13.

Excellent stuff from our overseas left-hander.

Imam into the 40s

Imam-Ul-Haq is back in the side and taking Yorkshire over the line.

He has 45 of 106-3 in the 23rd over. Yorkshire need only 24 more to win.

Yorkshire 83-3, 20th over

Yorkshire need 47 more to win.

Imam-Ul-Haq 28 and Harry Duke 8.

Yorkshire slowly but surely whittling down the runs.

Yorkshire 67-3, 13.5 overs

James Wharton caught behind Joe Cracknell bowled Henry Brookes, 0.

Harry Duke in now alongside Imam. Two wickets in the over has given Middlesex a sniff. Yorkshire need 63.

Yorkshire 67-2, 13.3 overs

Will Luxton caught behind Joe Cracknell bowled Henry Brookes, 1.

Yorkshire need 63 more to win, with James Wharton in now alongside Imam-Ul-Haq, who has 20.

Extra bounce again does for Luxton this time.

Yorkshire 59-1, 11.5 overs

Adam Lyth caught Jack Davies bowled Henry Brookes, 39.

He’s been caught at backward point on the cut.

Yorkshire need 71 more to win. Will Luxton joins Imam-Ul-Haq at the crease. The latter has 13.

Yorkshire 44-0, 10 overs

Adam Lyth 34 and Imam-Ul-Haq 9.

Yorkshire are chasing 130 very confidently indeed.

Yorkshire 32-0, 9th over

Yorkshire need 98 more to win this one.

Adam Lyth has 22 and Imam-Ul-Haq 9.

Yorkshire 16-0, 5th over

Adam Lyth has 12 and Imam-Ul-Haq 4 as Yorkshire chase 130.

Middlesex need early wickets.

Yorkshire's pursuit of 130 underway

Adam Lyth and Imam-Ul-Haq are opening the batting for Yorkshire.

Toby Roland-Jones has the new ball for Middlesex.

Middlesex 129 all out, 31 overs

Nathan Gilchrist caught behind Harry Duke bowled Matt Milnes, 2.

Six catches in the innings for Duke. He is the standalone record holder for a wicketkeeper’s dismissals in a List A match for Yorkshire.

Milnes finishes with four wickets.

Interesting chase ahead.

Middlesex 122-9, 30 overs

Noah Cornwell has just taken George Hill for three fours and a six in the 30th over.

Harry Duke’s five catches equal a Yorkshire record for wicketkeeping dismissals in a List A match.

Middlesex 103-9, 28.5 overs

Henry Brookes caught behind Harry Duke bowled Matt Milnes, 7.

Fifth catch of the innings for Yorkshire wicketkeeper Duke.

Milnes has a third wicket.

Yorkshire not completely home and hosed

On early evidence – with invariable bounce the main issue with this pitch – Yorkshire may not chase this at a canter.

A press box conversation has just centred around the possibility of sending in a pinch-hitter – someone like Ben Coad – to try and break the back of the target. If he walloped 40 off 25 balls, as we know he can, that would really hurt the hosts.

Middlesex 98-8 in the 28th over.

Middlesex 93-8, 25.4 overs

Toby Roland-Jones caught behind Harry Duke bowled George Hill, 16.

The ball after Roland-Jones pulled the first six of the match, Hill does him with a beauty which he feathered behind following extra bounce. Hill has his second wicket.

Middlesex 84-7, 23.5 overs

Nathan Fernandes caught behind Harry Duke bowled George Hill, 17.

Middlesex are going to have to start throwing the bat at this now you’d think to try and at least fashion some kind of target.

Middlesex 64-6, 20.2 overs

Luke Hollman bowled Matt Milnes, 10.

Hollman plays on to hand Milnes a second wicket.

Coad 3-26 from 10 overs

Ben Coad finishes with superb figures to put Middlesex very much on the back foot. They’re 64-5 after 20 overs.

Middlesex 59-5, 18th over

Luke Hollman and Nathan Fernandes have 8 apiece as they try and fashion some sort of total here at Radlett on a tricky pitch.

Ben Coad continues. He has figures of 3-23 in his ninth over and looks like he’s going to bowl his full allocation of 10 straight through.

Middlesex 43-5, 12.1 overs

Jack Davies caught behind Harry Duke bowled Matt Milnes, 9.

Caught behind down leg-side. Milnes strikes with his first ball, just as Ben Coad did earlier.

Middlesex 43-4, 11.5 overs

Ben Coad

Sam Robson caught George Hill bowled Ben Coad, 28.

Caught first slip, tentatively feeling for one outside off-stump.

Coad has three-for.

Middlesex have one job

The only thing Middlesex need to aim for is batting through their 50 overs.

If they do, you feel they will be very much in the game.

They’re currently 27-3 in the ninth over.

Sam Robson 15 and Jack Davies 6.

Middlesex 5-3, 3.4 overs

Ben Geddes caught behind Harry Duke bowled Ben Coad, 3.

Plenty in this pitch, and it’s looking like it falls into the category of ‘good toss to lose’.

Middlesex 1-2, 1.1 overs

Joe Cracknell caught Will Luxton bowled Ben Coad, 1.

Caught brilliantly at point, low down to his right by Luxton.

Yorkshire have made quite the start.

Middlesex 1-1, 0.3 overs

Josh De Caires bowled Jack White, 0.

What a start for Yorkshire, as De Caires plays on. Looks like it might be off his back arm or elbow.

All set to go

Jack White has the new ball for Yorkshire, with Joe Cracknell and Josh De Caires opening the batting for Middlesex.

Middlesex win toss and bat

Yorkshire: Adam Lyth, Imam-Ul-Haq, Will Luxton, James Wharton, George Hill, Dom Bess c, Harry Duke, Matt Milnes, Ben Coad, Dan Moriarty, Jack White.

Good morning...

From Radlett, where the sun’s shining and it’s a glorious morning ahead of an 11am start.

Yorkshire are tackling game number five in Group B. They lead the way from Middlesex courtesy of a superior net run-rate. Both sides have 12 points having won three from four so far.

Whoever wins this one will take a giant step towards the knockouts (top three finish).

The White Rose will have to do without Matthew Revis today given he’s on Hundred duty. He could debut for them against the Manchester Originals at Emirates Old Trafford this afternoon.
