Yorkshire County Cricket Club would like to announce that Head Coach of the Men's First Team squad, Ottis Gibson, will leave the Club at the end of this season.

The Vikings won their second game in three in Group B as they defended a 262 target, bowling Sussex out for 212 in 44 overs. 

Simplicity with the ball will be required if Yorkshire are to achieve success in this summer’s ongoing Metro Bank One-Day Cup, believes Ottis Gibson and Ben Coad.

Standout performer Ben Coad, who returned wickets and runs in defeat against Nottinghamshire today, reflected on Yorkshire’s frustrations at Welbeck.

Yorkshire were unable to contain an impressive Nottinghamshire fightback during a bowler-dominated day at Welbeck as the Vikings were beaten by 83 runs in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup.
