The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is delighted to announce a brand-new commercial partnership with Betfair, who will become the Club’s newest Official Partner.

In the same week that the bookmakers announced a new podcast with four cricket legends, including ex-Yorkshire and England captain Michael Vaughan, the new multi-year partnership with the White Rose will see Betfair branding adorned over the iconic Headingley Pavilion, reinforcing the brands presence at one of cricket’s most historic venues.

Alongside this, at the upcoming First Test of the 2025 international summer, Betfair will also be taking part in various activations around the concourse. These include opportunities for spectators to win tickets to return later this year to see England in action once again.

Yorkshire CCC Business Development Manager, Tom Webster, said, “Everyone at Yorkshire CCC is delighted to see Betfair come on board at what is an extremely exciting juncture for us at the Club.

“This partnership aligns with our broader off-field ambitions and marks a key milestone in our commercial growth.

“England vs India is an iconic series kicking off at the home of Yorkshire CCC. We’re certain that having a major brand like Betfair featured prominently across the ground will make for a visually striking display.

“We feel incredibly proud that an iconic brand like Betfair will be partnering with us going forward and everyone at the Club is excited to see this partnership flourish in the years to come.”

Kayleigh Hallas, Partnerships Services Manager at Yorkshire CCC added, “We have an incredible summer of cricket at Headingley, and we are all excited that Betfair will be joining us on this journey.

“Betfair have a culture of innovative fan engagement, and this is something we will be looking to enhance further through collaborating on some different events in the future. All cricket fans across Yorkshire should stay tuned for some exciting news later this year!”

Betfair Brand Director, Lisa Marquis commented: “At Betfair, we have a long history with cricket and we are really excited to be launching this partnership ahead of a big summer and winter for the sport.

“There’s lots to look forward to this year with England hosting India and South Africa, the Ashes to come in November and some brilliant county cricket across all formats.

“We’re delighted to be giving the sport our backing by sponsoring Yorkshire County Cricket Club, arguably the biggest county of cricket, with more clubs in the county than any other in the UK.
