The Opportunity

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to be the Customer and Member Liaison Officer at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club where you will support effective, proactive and timely engagement and communication with all customers including current and future members, ticket-holders and community participants. You will lead member and customer enquiries, coordinate proactive research and events, and support match and event day operations. Additionally, you will act as an administrator for the customer voice system to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose and up to date. You will also support the commercial and marketing teams by using customer data to identify new opportunities for membership and ticketing growth particularly in the diverse communities identified in our EDI Plan.

About You

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:
• 2+ years demonstrable experience in a corporate end-to-end customer experience or liaison role
• Demonstrable experience working in a customer experience focused environment
• Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting customer responses, releases or public information
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience of interacting with customers from diverse communities, in a solutions-based role
