Perhaps not the wall to wall sunshine of recent days and weeks, but dry and warm ahead of an 11am start.
Yorkshire face the defending champions aiming for a third straight victory to follow an opening-day defeat against Hampshire at Scarborough last Tuesday.
Wins at Glamorgan and Sussex will hopefully be followed by one today against a Rapids side who have won two from two so far. A cracker in prospect? For sure.
