7.40pm So Yorkshire suffered two run outs in the last over, including Josh Poysden as he went for two off the last ball needing three to win.
Yorkshire, 310 all out, have won one, tied one and lost one.
Here’s Andrew Gale’s thoughts.
“I thought the first half of the game up to the last three overs, we were outstanding. We did some really good stuff.
“You have to give Lancashire credit. I thought the Croft and Jones partnership, they played really well. But 40 odd runs off Tim Bresnan’s last two overs, we didn’t get that right. But we were still confident at half-time that we had enough in the tent to knock them off.
“We then made some poor decisions under pressure with the bat.
“I thought it was good pitch. The new ball always does a bit.
“We got off to a good start with the bat in the first six overs, but we just made some poor decisions.
“It was a cracking game. To go right down to the last ball, it was a fantastic spectacle. But it’s not good for me as head coach! The last two games have gone down to the last ball, and unfortunately we haven’t got over the line in either.
“It was a fantastic advert for county cricket.”

Mid-innings
Yorkshire are chasing a target of 312 to beat Lancashire in their Easter Sunday Royal London one-day Cup Roses clash at Emerald Headingley.
David Willey led the way for Yorkshire with 2-53 from 10 overs, but the visitors, who elected to bat, recovered well from 116-4 in the 23rd over to 311-6.
Steven Croft hit 97, falling short of a second century in as many games.
Youngsters Rob Jones and Josh Bohannon then chipped in with 65 off 51 balls and 55 not out off 32 respectively.
In front of a bumper Headingley crowd, Croft and Jones shared their county’s first fifth-wicket century stand in the history of this fixture before Bohannon and debutant seamer Liam Hurt shared a brutal unbroken 68 for the seventh wicket inside the last six overs.
Yorkshire had much the better of the first half of the innings, bowling tidily and fielding superbly, highlighted by Josh Poysden’s direct hit run out of Dane Vilas at the non-striker’s end from short fine-leg.
But the Red Rose responded on a good batting surface.
The Vikings will still be confident of success given the pitch conditions.

Good morning from Emerald Headingley and Happy Easter to all, apart from Lancashire fans! Just kidding.
It’s a glorious morning ahead of an 11am start for the first Roses clash of 2019.
Yorkshire are aiming for their second North Group win in three matches, with a tie last time out against Warwickshire at Edgbaston on Friday.
Lancashire, meanwhile, have played two lost two and are without a win over Yorkshire in the last four outings in this competition.
The Red Rose almost chased down 418 against Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge on Friday and have Jimmy Anderson available. Glenn Maxwell will also face Yorkshire, who he represented as overseas in 2015.
Enjoy the day, especially all the youngsters who are here as the club showcase the All Stars Cricket programme with various activities taking place around the ground.
