The fourth day of Yorkshire’s opening second XI fixture against Gloucestershire at Bristol has been abandoned without a ball being bowled.

Scoring changes 2018

From the start of the 2018 season, the majority of county scorers will no longer be using Total Cricket Scorer (TCS) but instead a new scoring system designed with the help of the Association of County Cricket Scorers (ACCS) – this new system is called Play Cricket Scorer Pro (PCS Pro).

This, obviously, means that live scores are no longer available on TCS live scores.

PCS Pro is a “work in progress” and a further upgrade is due very soon where certain functionalities will hopefully be addressed.

The live scores situation affects 2nd X1 games as only one of the two scorers can transmit live – at present a limited scorecard may be found at live.nvplay.com – provided that there is a wifi connection at the ground.

Once the upgrade has been downloaded we will advise further. Meanwhile daily reports will be posted along with updates as and when possible.

Your patience in this matter is much appreciated.
