The Yorkshire County Cricket Club has seen unprecedented demand for next year’s international fixtures after 10,000 tickets were bought within the opening 24 hours.

Emerald Headingley Stadium will host the Third Specsavers Ashes Test Match from Thursday 22nd August and the Fifth Royal London One Day International between England and Pakistan on Sunday 19th May.

As a thank you to Full and One Day Members, a two-week priority window is currently available for those hoping to secure their international tickets before anyone else.

Mark Arthur, The Yorkshire County Cricket Club Chief Executive said: “We have been overwhelmed by the interest in our international fixtures next year and would like to thank our Members for their incredible support.

“Next year, Emerald Headingley will be staging its first Ashes Test Match in 10 years and yesterday’s sales demonstrate the serious appetite for Test cricket in Yorkshire.

“We will also welcome Pakistan back for a Royal London One Day International and sales have been fantastic for this fixture.”
