Yorkshire Cricket is delighted to announce an extended partnership with Seat Unique at Headingley Stadium.

The partnership will see the iconic pavilion and media centre renamed the ‘Seat Unique Pavilion’, and an expansion of the premium ticketing category within the ground, enabling even more fans than ever before to enjoy the brilliant match day experiences on offer at Headingly Stadium through SeatUnique.com.

This landmark step follows a four-year partnership signed between Yorkshire Cricket and Headingley Stadium last year in which Seat Unique became the club’s official Premium Ticket and Hospitality sales platform.  In just the first season of our partnership, Yorkshire Cricket have seen a 400% uplift in online sales for premium experiences, as well as an 80% increase in new fans enjoying our premium match day experiences at Headingley.

Stephen Vaughan, the CEO for The Yorkshire County Cricket Club said: “This extended partnership with a brilliant brand is an exciting step for Yorkshire.

“Our partnership with Seat Unique is a great example of our commitment to encouraging more people to enjoy the sport we love.

“Seat Unique’s technology and customer reach has already delivered greater commercial opportunities for the club, allowing us to maximise our revenues on match days which in turn we have used to lower the price for entry level tickets, improve the facilities within the ground, and, importantly, reinvest back into grass roots cricket.”

“The Yorkshire Family has a great future, welcoming everyone into our ground and this game, and we are pleased to have this extended partnership and to see Seat Unique’s commitment to Yorkshire Cricket.

“As this relationship develops, it will continue to bring further opportunities to our members, our supporters, our societies and our teams and we are delighted to have Seat Unique alongside us.”

Tom Webster, a Business Development Manager for Yorkshire CCC, said: “It is with sincere pride that we have extended our partnership with Seat Unique.

“We are excited to work with Seat Unique in what is a new chapter in this partnership.

“Headingley has always been a ground like no other and we look forward to welcoming more and more fans to enjoy our match day experiences.”

Robin Sherry, CEO at Seat Unique said: “We are thrilled by the incredible success of our partnership with Yorkshire CCC. The addition of the Seat Unique Pavilion to the premium ticketing offering at Headingley further exemplifies our commitment to opening up access to unparalleled experiences for fans.

“Yorkshire Cricket have consistently shown their commitment to offering the very best live experiences at what is an iconic ground.

“We have always admired their passion for investing into grass-roots cricket and attracting new audiences to the sport and we are delighted to have played a part in that by providing Yorkshire with the tools and platform to maximise their revenue from their very best tickets and packages.”

Seat Unique exclusively power Yorkshire CCC’s online premium ticket and hospitality sales throughout the partnership. Supporters  have the option to purchase VIP experiences anytime and anywhere, through Seat Unique’s safe and secure platform.

With the partnership supporting the customer journey for supporters looking to book premium tickets and hospitality packages for events taking place at Headingley Stadium, the home of Yorkshire Cricket, the Northern Diamonds and Northern Superchargers.

Naming rights for the Pavilion had previously been granted to Clean Slate. However, following collaborative discussions, both parties agreed it would be beneficial to the Club to extend the commercial relationship offered by Seat Unique ahead of the Ashes at Headingley this week.
