The Yorkshire County Cricket Club Limited was established in 1863 and is incorporated under the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014.

The Audit Governance and Risk Committee of the Club has decided to place the audit of the Club’s annual report and accounts out to tender.

In the first instance, the Club would like to ascertain parties who would be interested in being considered for the role. To that end, if you are interested, please provide a short email to the Club Finance Director ([email protected]), providing the following details:

• Name, background and relevant details of your firm;

• Name of key contact, together with appropriate biography;

• Relevant experience and knowledge of sport in general, and cricket in particular;

• What in particular you feel you could bring to the role, that would be of benefit to the Club.

Please respond by email, to arrive prior to Wednesday 14 August 2019.

Following receipt of expressions of interest, the Audit, Governance and Risk Committee of the Club will consider the responses, and ascertain who to invite to provide formal submissions, and invite to continue to the next stage.
