A vacancy has arisen for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join the team at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

The Role

The Chief Operations Officer is a key member of the Club’s senior leadership team responsible for proactively maximising revenue and growing the fan base whilst ensuring the highest standards of stadium operation at Headingley Cricket Ground.

The COO is accountable for overall stadium P&L. They will provide leadership, insights and strategy that will not only drive income through sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, and membership, but develop new revenue streams that will ensure sustained and continued growth for Yorkshire Cricket.

The COO will oversee and integrate all aspects of stadium operations, including facilities management and health and safety, ensuring effective processes and policies are in place to maximise operational efficiency and minimise risk.
