After a successful 2024 campaign on and off the field, Yorkshire Cricket are looking to improve our live stream offering once again.
2024 saw over 1.6 million fans tune in across 45 days of Men’s and Women’s cricket. In the upcoming season we’re looking to grow this further, enhancing our digital output and expanding our global reach. With the Club’s live stream offering run entirely in-house by our Marketing department, we are committed to providing a professional broadcast to our supporters around the world. With additional funding secured, the Club are excited to expand our streaming hardware and are presenting looking to fulfill multiple matchday roles:
Roles available:
Live Camera Operator
We are seeking casual staff to join our live production team as camera operators, capturing high-quality match footage at all 2025 home fixtures. The role involves ball tracking, capturing b-roll in communication with the vision mixer, and to assist the marketing team with rigging/de-rigging on matchdays. This role would suit a beginner, or somebody looking to gain experience in live camera operation.
Ideal candidates will be motivated, reliable and have excellent communication skills. Camera operating experience is desirable, but not essential.

Matchday Commentator
We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable commentator to bring live cricket matches to life for our audiences. The role involves providing insightful analysis, delivering dynamic play-by-play commentary, and engaging viewers across all our live streams, tailored to relevant white-ball formats.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of cricket, excellent communication skills, and the ability to entertain and inform a diverse audience.
