In Keshav Maharaj, Yorkshire have got themselves a left-arm spinner with bags of quality and experience.
A Durban-born left-arm spinner with 25 Test caps for South Africa to his name, Maharaj has taken 94 wickets with a best of 9-129 against Sri Lanka in Colombo last July.
Maharaj made his first-class debut in November 2006 and broke into the Test Match arena 10 years, to the week, later.
A bowler who harnesses control and potency, he has taken over 420 first-class wickets in 118 appearances and has scored nearly 3,000 runs with his swashbuckling style of lower order batting.
With ball or bat in hand, he will be fun to watch.
