The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is delighted to announce that it will live stream the remaining home non-televised fixtures for 2018.
The Club have partnered with Age Partnership UK and StreamAMG, who will power the free-of-charge service, meaning fans around the world will not miss a single ball across all three formats of the game. The action kicks off later today (July 5) when Durham Jets travel to the Emerald Headingley in the Vitality Blast.
Home games will be available in full with two-camera coverage, plus a live scorecard and BBC radio commentary. Fans need to register an account on the site in order to access the stream, which is also available across a range of devices, including PCs, mobiles and tablets.
Treve Whitford, the Club’s Head of Marketing and Communications, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to offer this service to Members, supporters and stakeholders and thank Age Partnership, as well as StreamAMG, for their part in bringing this project to life.
“Last week’s live broadcast from Scarborough proved to be hugely successful and showed there is a real appetite for a regular service, which will now feature all 21 days of remaining domestic action, beginning today with our Vitality Blast opener.
“The ongoing redevelopment work at Emerald Headingley slightly delayed our plans to introduce this service in 2018, but we have managed to source a solution and, with our new-look match centre fully operational, yorkshireccc.com is THE place to follow the action If you’re unable to make it to Emerald Headingley.”
