Following the unforeseen delay in refunds after rain affected play for day three and five of the LV= Insurance Ashes Test Match between England and Australia at Headingley, the Club issues the below updated response:

We are aware that a number of ticketholders have yet to receive their refunds for days three and five of the recent Ashes Test Match.

We have been working hard to resolve the issue with our payment provider and aim to process the remaining refunds by the end of the week, however it may take slightly longer than this for the funds to appear in the ticketholders account.

The Yorkshire County Cricket Club would like to apologise for this unforeseen delay and thank ticketholders for their patience.
