Due to the unfortunate abandonment of the Metro Bank One Day Cup match between Yorkshire and Lancashire at Scarborough Cricket Ground on Thursday the 3rd of August 2023, the ticket exchange policy for this competition now takes effect.

As less than 20 overs of play were possible, ticket holders are entitled to retain their ticket and exchange it for another day of One Day Cup or County Championship cricket at Scarborough Cricket Ground for either the 2023 or 2024 season.

The Club acknowledges that there was misleading information on the Scarborough Cricket Club website stating that tickets are refundable. This information has since been amended to the correct version that can be found here: https://www.scarboroughcricketclub.com/ticketing-terms-and-conditions. This replicates the terms and conditions of The Yorkshire County Cricket Club which can be found here https://yorkshireccc.com/terms/ in the ‘Raincheck Policy’ section.

How to exchange your ticket:

Tickets purchased in advance through The Yorkshire County Cricket Club ticket office, online via tickets.yorkshireccc.com or over the phone via the Scarborough Cricket Club ticket office can be exchanged on the day of the match you wish to attend at the turnstiles, or in advance by contacting [email protected]. This applies to both paper tickets and ‘print at home’ / ‘mobile’ tickets.

Tickets purchased at the turnstiles of Scarborough Cricket Club on the day of the match need to be retained and can only be exchanged at the turnstiles on the day of the match you wish to attend. The physical ticket will be required in order to complete the exchange and to receive a new ticket. Although these tickets are not dated and do not mention the specific fixture, they can be reconciled by Scarborough Cricket Club staff.
