Following the release of the rearranged Vitality Blast season, the Club’s refund scheme has now been activated.

Please find below the transfer, credit and refund options for ticket buyers to Yorkshire Vikings versus Lancashire Lightning, and Yorkshire Vikings’ remaining six fixtures in the Vitality Blast.

Yorkshire Vikings vs Lancashire Lightning – Important information for ticket buyers, T20 Season Ticket holders and Members.

Those who purchased tickets for Yorkshire Vikings versus Lancashire Lightning are entitled to the following options…

1) Transfer your tickets to 2021
After selling out for the past seven seasons, we anticipate that demand will be high for the biggest fixture in domestic cricket again next summer. We are delighted to offer ticket buyers the option of beating the queue and rolling their booking over, opting for the same seats for next year’s clash.

The date for next year’s match is still to be decided, however, if you transfer, you will be given a 72-hour window after the dates are announced to claim a credit or refund should you not be able to attend.

2) Receive a full refund
As the match will now be played behind-closed doors, ticket buyers are entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value.

If you opt for a full refund, this will be made automatically by Yorkshire County Cricket Club to the original purchaser only, either by refunding his or her debit or credit card, or by sending a cheque for those who paid originally by cheque or cash.

Please allow 30 days from the submission deadline for your refund to be processed.

OPTIONS FOR MEMBERS AND T20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

Although individual ticket refunds do not apply to Members and T20 Season Ticket holders, we want to ensure that you don’t miss out next year. Therefore, we are delighted to offer you the chance of keeping your reserved seats for next summer, subject to renewing your membership or T20 Season Ticket before 5pm on Friday 18th December.

Any reserved seats that are not attributed to a 2021 membership or T20 Season Ticket after this deadline will be released for sale.

REMAINING VITALITY BLAST FIXTURES

Ticket buyers for Yorkshire Vikings’ remaining six Vitality Blast fixtures have the following two options available…

1) Receive a credit note for 2021
Although dates are yet to be confirmed for next summer, you can take advantage of our credit option for any Vitality Blast fixture next summer. Better yet, you could use it against any ticket next summer, including memberships and international matches hosted at Emerald Headingley in 2021.

If you are unable to use this credit in 2021, the Club will then issue a full refund.

ALL TICKET BUYERS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE CLUB. THIS WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED FOR THE PURCHASE.

NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL?

If you are a ticket purchaser but have not received an email from the Club, please contact [email protected] . Please note, the vast majority of Ticket Office staff remain on furlough leave, so response times will vary.
