Cash only turnstiles are available on each day at York CC. Spectators are asked to bring the exact amount for their tickets where possible.

MEMBERS

Full Members will be able to access the ground with their 2019 membership cards. Club Yorkshire Adult and Senior complimentary ticket vouchers are eligible for this fixture.

These can be exchanged in the Members’ queue.
YCCC Members and York Sports Club members will have access to the bar in the Pavilion via the pitchside patio doors.

ACCESS TO THE GROUND

The main turnstile is located next to York Sports Club on Shipton Road. Three queues will be available on the day, a Members’ queue, a pre-paid ticket queue and a cash only turnstile. These turnstiles will open at 9.30am.

Those parking on the rugby fields are able to gain access from the two turnstiles, located in front of the parking area.

SEATING

A 2,000 seated temporary stand will be installed for this fixture. This will be located square of the wicket, opposite the Pavilion.
As the Club expects a large crowd for this fixture, we encourage those who are able to bring their own seats to do so. An area behind-the-bowler’s arm has been allocated for those bringing seats.

SCORECARDS

Scorecards are available to purchase from our volunteers at the ground. These are priced at 50p for Members and £1 for Non-Members.

SOUVENIR PROGRAMME

A limited number of 32-page souvenir programmes will be available to purchase from York Cricket Club. These are priced at £5, with all proceeds going to York Cricket Club.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

A range of food and drink options are available from the rugby ground end (behind the marquee). Please note that the bars (excluding Pavilion bar) will close 30 minutes after stumps.

Spectators are also able to bring food and drink into the ground. Food and drink allowances are in line with the ground regulations at Emerald Headingley.

There is a strict no glass policy on all grass and playing surfaces.

PARKING AT YORK CRICKET CLUB

There are around 1,000 car park spaces available on the rugby ground at York Sports Club. Car park passes are available to buy in advance for £5 per day. Parking for minibuses is available for £10. No larger vehicles will be able to park at the ground. Please follow the below link to purchase a car park pass.

Please note, there is no on-street parking available around the ground.

A First Bus park and ride service (direct to York Cricket Club) will be running for this fixture. This is located north-west of York at the A19/A1237 junction. Sat nav users can use the postcode Y030 5XZ. There are 1,000 parking spaces available.

Last bus times are shown in bold. There is no service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

Closing times

Please note that the gates to the car park will normally be locked at 23:05, 10 minutes after the last bus arrives at the site.

Overnight parking is not permitted. If your car is locked in, a £50 release fee or penalty charge notice will apply.

YORKSHIRE CRICKET MUSEUM

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation’s Mobile Museum will be at the ground for each day’s play, exhibiting a range of Yorkshire memorabilia.

RETAIL

Yorkshire merchandise will be available to purchase from the Owzat Shop. This will be located next to the concessions (in front of the rugby field).
