Heaved to mid-wicket. Cooper’s off-spin accounts for another.

Worcestershire 63-5, 12.5 overs

Clare Boycott caught behind Maddie Ward bowled Ria Fackrell, 35.

Tossed up and enticed the drive, feathered behind, and Worcestershire are in real bother now given Boycott has been responsible for five of the six boundaries hit in the innings so far.

Worcestershire 57-4, 11.2 overs

Chloe Hill caught Georgie Boyce bowled Rachel Slater, 2.

Looked like a slow ball which held up and Hill spoons a catch high to mid-off.

Two for Slater.

Halfway through the Worcestershire innings, and Yorkshire have the squeeze on with spin. Clare Boycott the lone hand with 30.

In the South, Glamorgan play Sussex Sharks at Newport and Kent host Gloucestershire at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence. Both are 2.30pm starts.

Worcestershire win and bat

Clare Boycott calls correctly at the toss, and Worcestershire will aim to put a score on the board, just as they did in the opening game of the season here when they won that Metro Bank game.

Lauren Winfield-Hill, Georgie Boyce, Sterre Kalis, Maddie Ward c&w, Ami Campbell, Rebecca Duckworth, Olivia Thomas, Ria Fackrell, Rachel Slater, Claudie Cooper, Jess Woolston.

Ward continues as captain

Maddie Ward will captain Yorkshire once again today, and take the gloves, despite Lauren Winfield-Hill’s inclusion in the squad. The toss has just taken place.

Good afternoon...

From Headingley, where it’s a cloudy afternoon ahead of the start of today’s Blast North Group clash with Worcestershire.

Yorkshire, winners at Derbyshire on Saturday, are bidding for their fourth straight win. This contest marks the halfway point in the campaign, and a victory would leave them with one foot in Finals Day. They have already got a stranglehold on top spot in the group, and the top two qualify alongside two from the South after eight games.

Club captain Lauren Winfield-Hill is back in the squad amidst her loan spell with Tier 1 side Essex.
