Live: Yorkshire Men’s and Women’s teams in action

Yorkshire's men are up against Surrey on day two of the Rothesay County Championship clash at Headingley, while our women are facing Warwickshire up the A64 in Scarborough as they bid for win number three of the Metro Bank One-Day Cup campaign. Follow this blog for live updates throughout the day.

Good morning...

From Headingley, where it’s another lovely sunny morning ahead of day two against Surrey.

Up at Scarborough, it’s the last game of the first 50-over block in the One-Day Cup, with Yorkshire aiming for victory over Warwickshire – what would be win number three of eight. That represents the halfway mark in that campaign.

The lads had a superb opening day yesterday thanks to centuries for Adam Lyth and Jonny Bairstow, who have shared 241 for the fifth wicket out of 362-4. Push on today and the White Rose will be in a great position.

You can read our match report and reaction from Headingley via the links below, the latter with Dom Bess. There’s also the One-Day Cup preview with Lauren Winfield-Hill linked below too.

The live stream from Headingley is going to be available at the top of the page, with the women’s stream also linked on this page.

Enjoy the day.
