Absolutely convinced, you know, that the light isn’t good enough to be playing in!!
Seriously, it’s certainly overcast but the light’s ok at present.
If Yorkshire can somehow extend this day to 4/5pm, it may well come into play.

Mopping up process underway
It does look much brighter at Edgbaston now. The rain has stopped, and the ground-staff are out there mopping up.
Safe to say we’ll have a delayed start.
Rain, rain, rain
The rain has arrived at Edgbaston in the last 10 minutes, and a decent amount of it too. The full covers are on.
Good morning...
From Edgbaston, where it’s a dry but overcast start to day four.
Bowling coach Mick Lewis summed things up perfectly last night when he said: “We all pray for miracles.”
Yorkshire, at 98-5, have a mountain to climb – and then some – if they are going to get a draw out of this. Although one thing that must be said, there is a bit of rain forecast for later this morning.
Matthew Revis is unbeaten on 37, with George Hill at the crease on 15.
Having dominated day one, Yorkshire have been on the back foot ever since and haven’t reached the levels they desire with bat or ball.

The live stream is going to up at the top of the page before we get going.
Enjoy the day, and fingers crossed for something special.
