Live: The Blaze v Yorkshire Women, Metro Bank One-Day

Yorkshire's women are aiming to complete the Metro Bank One-Day Cup double over The Blaze after beating the league leaders at Headingley in April. Follow this page for live updates throughout the day from Chesterfield.

The Blaze win by four wickets in the 31st over

The Blaze have won with a bonus point chasing 151 thanks largely to Marie Kelly’s 66.

That’s their ninth win in 11 and our sixth defeat in 10.

Yorkshire fought hard with the ball, but it just wasn’t quite enough.

The Blaze 144-6, 29th over

Prisha Thanawala run out, 30.

Direct hit at the non-striker’s end from Beth Langston from mid-on after Thanawala tried to pinch a single.

And then Ines Blackwell traps Marie Kelly lbw for 66.

Two in two balls for Yorkshire.

The Blaze need 7.

The Blaze 143-4, 28th over

The hosts need eight to win now.

Marie Kelly 65 and Prisha Thanawala 30.

These two have shared a half-century stand.

Kelly 50

Marie Kelly has reached her fifty off 64 balls.

The Blaze are now 120-4 after 23 overs, needing 31 more to win.

Prisha Thanawala is with Kelly on 22.

The Blaze 93-4, 18th over

Michaela Kirk caught behind trying to cut Sarah Glenn, 18.

The hosts need 58 to win.

Yorkshire fighting hard.

The Blaze 92-3, 17 overs

We have reached drinks.

Marie Kelly 45 and Michaela Kirk has 18.

The Blaze need 59 more to win.

Yorkshire 150 all out, 43rd over

Lucy Randle-Bissell bowled Charley Phillips, who claims her third wicket.

Sarah Glenn top-scored with 30.

Ines Blackwell goes...

She has been bowled for a bright 17 by a Georgia Elwiss slower ball.

Last pair Claudie Cooper and Lucy Randle-Bissell in now.

It’s 149-9 after 42 overs.

Yorkshire 147-8, 40th over

Beth Langston lbw Georgia Elwiss, 7.

Stuck on the crease and trapped in front.

Claudie Cooper in now alongside Ines Blackwell, who has 17.

Yorkshire 134-7, 37th over

Rebecca Duckworth stumped Ella Claridge bowled Maria Andrews, 26.

Two quick wickets have stymied the Yorkshire fightback.

Ines Blackwell 13 has been joined at the crease by Beth Langston.

Andrews has the eye-catching figures of 2-18 from eight overs.

Blackwell pulls her first ball for six

Touch of fortune for Ines Blackwell, who pulls her first ball down to long-leg and Prisha Thanawala palms it over the rope.

Yorkshire 125-6, 35th over.

Yorkshire 119-6, 34.1 overs

Sarah Glenn caught Lucy Higham bowled Charley Phillips, 30.

Sliced to point with the first ball after drinks.

That ends a 59-run stand with Rebecca Duckworth, who has 25.

Ines Blackwell in now.

Yorkshire 117-5, 33rd over

Sarah Glenn 29 and Rebecca Duckworth 25.

These two have shared 57 for the sixth wicket.

Impressive effort, but Yorkshire are going to need more.

Glenn takes us beyond 100

Back-to-back boundaries for Sarah Glenn, behind square on the leg-side and off-side against the spin of Josie Groves.

She has 24 out of 106-5 in the 28th over. Rebecca Duckworth 20.

Yorkshire 91-5, 25th over

Rebecca Duckworth has just driven the off-spin of Lucy Highsm beautifully through the covers for four and has 17.

Sarah Glenn with her on 12.

Yorkshire 78-5, 21 overs

Rebecca Duckworth 7 and Sarah Glenn 8 are trying to rebuild here.

Signs of uneven bounce, but nothing outlandish.

If Yorkshire can get to 150 plus from here, I’m sure they would snap your hand off.

Oh no…

Alice Clarke run out, 15. Yorkshire 60-5 in the 16th over

Rebecca Duckworth pushes into the covers, hesitation from both and the throw from Prisha Thanawala to the keeper’s end does the trick. Ella Claridge whips the nails off, with Clarke well short.

Sarah Glenn in now against her former side, alongside Duckworth.

Thomas goes, 47-4

Maria Andrew’s has just trapped Erin Thomas lbw, 25.

Just as Yorkshire were starting to rebuild, the left-arm spin of Andrew’s strikes a key blow.

Rebecca Duckworth in now alongside Alice Clarke, 3.

Andrews has bowled successive maidens and is yet to concede a run.

Yorkshire 35-3, 8th over

Jess Jonassen bowled Charli Knott, 9.

Knott wins the battle of the battle of the Queenslanders.

Erin Thomas has since moved to 12 and has been joined at the crease by Alice Clarke.

Thomas has followed that wicket with back-to-back boundaries and has 16.

Jonassen into her stride

A couple of early boundaries through the covers for Jess Jonassen. She has eight out of 15-2 in the sixth over.

Yorkshire 6-2, 3rd over

Ami Campbell caught backward point against Charli Knott’s off-spin.

Oh no, Lauren Winfield-Hill has been caught and bowled off a lead edge by Charley Phillips.

Jess Jonassen in alongside Erin Thomas following the loss of two wickets in three balls.

Up and running…

Yorkshire 6-0 in the second over here at Chesterfield, where Lauren Winfield-Hill and Ami Campbell are opening.

Yorkshire win toss and bat...

Yorkshire: Lauren Winfield-Hill c/w, Ami Campbell, Erin Thomas, Jess Jonassen, Alice Clarke, Rebecca Duckworth, Sarah Glenn, Ines Blackwell, Beth Langston, Claudie Cooper, Lucy Randle-Bissell.

Fresh pitch

Did wonder whether this game might be played on the same pitch as the Derbyshire men v Lancashire Championship match over the weekend, but that’s not the case.

This is a fresh pitch, and it’s pretty green too.

Good morning....

From Queen’s Park, Chesterfield, where it’s a stunner of a morning weather wise.

Yorkshire are facing home side The Blaze in their 10th One-Day Cup match of 16 this summer, hoping for a fourth win and back-to-back wins as well.

Last time out, last Wednesday up at the Riverside, they beat Durham in such impressive fashion.

Today, they are facing the league leaders, a Blaze side who have won eight of their 10 matches to date,

Their only two defeats so far came against Yorkshire at Headingley in April and against Lancashire at Blackpool last Wednesday.

We’re all set for a 10.30am start.

You can read our match preview, with head coach Rich Pyrah. That’s linked below.

The stream will be embedded at the top of the page shortly before we get going.

Enjoy the day.
