12.05pm We have just seen the first over of spin in the match, from left-armer Josh Haynes. Four from it, including three to deep mid-wicket for Tattersall. Kohler-Cadmore is 84 out of 224-4. The lead is 105.
11.43am Jonny Tattersall has scored 25 of a 37-run stand with Tom Kohler-Cadmore (73). Yorkshire have moved to 202-4.
11.07am We’re up and running at Weetwood, where Yorkshire have lost their first wicket of the day. Jack Leaning has been bowled by Andrew Neal for 20, without addition to his overnight total. 165-4.
Good morning from Weetwood, where it is another dry but chilly day for the second day of this first-class friendly against Leeds/Bradford.
Yorkshire dominated day one thanks to Matthew Waite’s 5-16, his maiden five-wicket haul, and Tom Kohler-Cadmore’s unbeaten 64.
The White Rose will begin the day on 164-3 replying to 119.
Waite has surely nailed down his place in the team to face Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge from Friday in our County Championship opener. He extracted life from a sluggish surface and was backed up by three wickets for Ben Coad and two for Duanne Olivier.
Kohler-Cadmore and Jack Leaning (20) have shared 45 for the fourth wicket.
The weather looks to be set fair for the day, but wrap up warm if you’re heading down to Weetwood. We start at 11am.
