The Yorkshire County Cricket Club Limited (Club) publishes below a copy of the letter which its lawyers sent to Orion Publishing Group.
The letter was marked ‘private and confidential’ and ‘not for publication’ because the Club considered it was best that the discussion of legal issues should remain between its lawyers and the publishers’ lawyers. However, at the request of the Select Committee, the Club publishes a copy of the letter below.
