Eoin Morgan’s England ran out winners in a closely-fought affair last time they played an ODI against Pakistan at Emerald Headingley in 2016.

The fixture, although not particularly high-scoring in comparison to recent matches, proved to be a thrilling encounter in front of a packed-out crowd. The supporters were treated to a spin masterclass from England duo Adil Rashid and Moeen Ali who claimed five for 86 off their allocated 20 overs, ensuring that Pakistan could not push on to a big total.
