We have lost games before, both in one-day and Twenty20 cricket, and bounced back already this season. So there is every confidence we can do it again this week and qualify for the Blast quarter-finals.

We had to win a few big games late on to advance in the Royal London one-day Cup and did so. Then, just a couple of weeks ago, we lost two games against Derbyshire and recovered to beat Leicestershire and Northants.

We know we’re capable of producing the perfect performance.

Realistically now, this is the only competition we can win. So if we can win these two games, there’s still every chance we can get to Finals Day.
