Following England’s victory over Pakistan at Headingley on Friday 21 August, the match concluded on Day 3.
As a result, the ECB Refund Scheme applies to all Day 4 and Day 5 match ticket holders, in line with our ticket terms and conditions.
Below is everything you need to know about how refunds will be processed.
Will I receive a refund?
Yes. If you purchased a match ticket for Day 4 or Day 5 of England v Pakistan at Headingley, you will receive a full refund of the value of your match ticket.
You do not need to apply for your refund or contact the Club to request one. Refunds will be processed automatically by Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used to make your purchase.
If you paid for all or part of your order using account credit, the relevant amount will be returned to your account as credit.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, there may also be a short delay between the refund being processed by the Club and the funds appearing in your account.
How long will my refund take?
Please allow up to 28 days from the day of the game for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are being processed automatically, so you do not need to take any action during this period.
If 28 days have not yet passed, your refund may still be being processed.
What happens if I booked Hospitality or Premium Seats?
Hospitality lead bookers should have been contacted directly with specific information regarding the refund applicable to their package.
Please refer to the communications sent directly to the lead booker for further details.
Will my car parking be refunded?
Yes.
Any pre-booked car parking for Days 4 and 5 will also be refunded automatically to the original payment method.
You do not need to submit a separate refund request for parking.
Do I need to contact Yorkshire County Cricket Club?
No action is required from eligible ticket holders for the refund to be processed.
Refunds for eligible Day 4 and Day 5 tickets and pre-booked parking will be processed automatically in accordance with the refund scheme.
Please allow the full 28-day processing period before raising a query regarding an outstanding refund.
