Dickie Bird, the former Yorkshire and Leicestershire batsman who went on to become the most famous umpire in the world, is expecting 2023 to be a busy and, hopefully, memorable year.

Dickie will celebrate his 90th birthday on April 19, and to mark the occasion a lunch will be held at Headingley on Wednesday 19th April 2023.
