Finlay Bean has been awarded The Yorkshire County Cricket Supporters Association (YCCSA) Emerging Player of the Year for 2019.

The Academy wicketkeeper/batsman was presented with a framed certificate and a cheque in recognition of a fantastic year, one in which he represented England U19s during the summer. Academy Director Ian Dews was also presented with a cheque for £500 as a contribution towards the cost of cricket balls for Academy games.

Bean was joined by Academy team-mates Harrison Quarmby and Harry Sullivan for a special question and answer session for the YCCSA.

The Club would like to thank the YCCSA for their continued support for the Club, particularly with its fundraising efforts for the Academy.

The YCCSA always welcomes new members. For further details, please follow this link
