With the season now fast approaching, we bring you updates of the injuries within the squad.

Matt Milnes – Fast bowler Milnes, who joined Yorkshire during the winter, suffered a lumbar stress fracture whilst bowling during the 2022 season. The 28-year-old’s recovery is progressing nicely and the fast bowler will be bowling on grass during the Club’s pre-season tour next month.

Dom Leech – Leech suffered a fractured metatarsal on his left foot whilst playing in 2022. The 22-year-old has been back bowling since Christmas and is set to play his part when the season starts.

Matthew Fisher – All-rounder Fisher broke a metacarpal in his right hand following an external blow whilst bowling for England Lions in Sri Lanka. He has seen a specialist and it is expected that the 25-year-old will be ready to return towards the start of the season. Fisher will be able to maintain his fitness ahead of this.
