Yorkshire County Cricket Club is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Alice Clarke from Lancashire.
The 24-year-old has been on-loan with Rich Pyrah’s side since June, where she scored 32 on debut against Durham in the Vitality Blast.
She joins on a two-year deal from November and will remain with the squad for the remainder of the 2026 season.
Clarke came through the Lancashire pathway and impressed during her time there, going onto represent Lancashire Thunder during the regional cricket era.

A wicketkeeper-batter by trade, Clarke will provide exceptional backup behind the stumps and is comfortable batting anywhere across the top six.
Clarke said, “I’m delighted to be permanently joining Yorkshire. Since joining up with the team in June, it’s been a fruitful period, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far.
“The environment around the team is brilliant and we have a real chance to push on over these next few years. The cricket we’ve played has been really positive and I’m excited by what the future holds.”
