Play was abandoned for the day due to rain with Lancashire 96 for 1 at the close. Ben Coad, in his bid to regain fitness ahead of Friday’s Specsavers County Championship game at Emerald Headingley, with the only wicket, caught by Tom Kohler-Cadmore at 2nd slip. Lancashire’s Rob Jones ended the day 40 not out with Danny Lamb at the other end on 47 not out. Play is set to resume at 11am on Wednesday.
