Following feedback from a range of members and supporters, the Club has taken the decision to amend its ticketing policy for the Vitality Blast (excluding the Lancashire Lightning game) to revert back to general admission seating.

Tickets for six of the seven home T20s will now be available without seat reservations to enable members and supporters to choose where they sit when they arrive at the ground. For anyone that has already purchased a membership, please note you will now be able to sit anywhere within the ground. Your seat allocation for the Roses game will still be in place, but we would ask that you contact the Ticket Office by emailing [email protected] if you are not planning to attend the Roses T20.

This decision has been taken following feedback from members who like to sit in different areas of the ground throughout the competition and like to choose on the day of the game. With attendances not likely to be over 90% capacity for any of the games apart from the Roses T20, the Club has listened to feedback and opted to make the change.

To minimise the risk of anti-social behavior in the ground and ensure that all supporters attending are able to enjoy the experience they desire, the Club will be implementing the below:

  • Supporters will still be encouraged to sit with like-minded attendees, with the ground still segregated into areas such as blocks A and B for the adults-only Fanzone and block R for the alcohol-free Family Stand.
  • Anyone purchasing more than six tickets will have to do so by completing a group booking form. They will be directed to sit in the most relevant area of the ground dependent on the experience they desire. All tickets purchased as part of a group will have to be dispersed via the Club’s ticketing app, to ensure that details of all attendees are on added to the Club’s ticketing system.
  • The RESPECT campaign will be in place again in 2023, with supporters able to report any form of anti-social behavior anonymously whilst at the ground by texting RESPECT to 60650.
  • A new CCTV system will be in use at Headingley during the season which will assist with identifying issues and providing evidence to support any investigations carried out by the Club or West Yorkshire Police.
