Below you will find some of the Frequently Asked Questions relating to our 2023 membership offering. Should the below not answer your questions, please contact the Ticket Office via [email protected] or by ringing 0344 504 3099.

What do you get if you choose an ‘all-in’ option?
The ‘all-in’ option including The Hundred gives access to all attendance options, access to the Long Room, voting rights, international ticket priority and all of the extras. The ‘all-in’ option without The Hundred included all of the above apart from access to The Hundred fixtures.

Please note access to Premium seating on the Clean Slate Pavilion is not included in an ‘All-in’ membership, but can be added for an additional £150.

Is there no senior option when buying memberships now?
Under the new structure there is no senior option. This is due to the change in the way the membership is offered, with supporters able to choose the elements they find valuable.

Do I have to pick something from all sections? (attendance/benefits/extras)
You do not need to choose something from each section and can select only the options you desire. For example, it is possible to only choose the ‘International ticket priority’ as a benefit and nothing else.

What are the age ranges for the junior memberships? What is included in the memberships?
Free memberships are available for anyone aged 11 and under at 1 April 2023, whilst £20 junior memberships are available to anyone aged 12 to 18 at the 1 April 2023. Junior memberships give access to all Yorkshire CCC home games in the LV= County Championship, Vitality Blast and One Day Cup, as well as all Northern Diamonds games at Headingley. Access to fixtures in The Hundred are not included with a junior membership.

What is included in the Premium Seating benefit?
The premium seating option includes access to a padded seat behind the bowler’s arm on the Clean Slate Pavilion balcony for all domestic games that you have access to from your attendance options.

How do you get voting rights? What are voting rights?
Anyone that selects a Yorkshire CCC (County Championship/Vitality Blast/Royal London Cup) element of the attendance, and/or the Northern Diamonds attendance option is eligible to vote. Voting rights allow members to cast their votes at all Yorkshire CCC Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings as per the Club Rules. Please note junior members are not able to vote.

Where do we get seats when purchasing The Hundred part of the attendance package?
Anyone who selects The Hundred attendance option will be allocated seats in the silver category of the ground for all four games at Headingley. Please note supporters who choose this option will be asked to redeem their choice and pick their seats between Tuesday 28 February and Tuesday 14 March. Supporters will not be able to take up the Hundred option after Friday 10 February.

Is there a cut-off time for purchasing a membership?
There is no cut-off for purchasing a membership. However, there is only a limited number of seats available for The Hundred attendance element and the Premium Seating option. Please also note that we expect tickets for the Roses Vitality Blast game to sell out ahead of the game, and tickets can only be guaranteed before 1 April 2023. Supporters will not be able to take up the Hundred option after Friday 10 February.

How many games do you get with a half membership?
As part of the half season membership for the LV= County Championship, you can choose the 12 days of cricket that you desire across all days of home cricket (please note this is a change from the original announcement following feedback from supporters who desired more flexibility than the original three games that were going to be part of this).

The half season membership for the Vitality Blast allows you to select any of the three home games you wish to attend including the option of the Lancashire game, whilst the half season membership for the One Day Cup allows you to choose any two of the four possible home games.

Do I have to select my seat for fixtures when signing up for a membership?
When purchasing a 2023 membership that includes access to any Vitality Blast fixtures, you will be required to select your seat in the ground. Please note however that it is possible to amend this seat choice at a later date by logging into your online account or contacting the Ticket Office. It is also possible to link your online account to any friends/family that you wish to, to enable you to choose seats next to them.

Allocated seating will be in place for all Vitality Blast games, whilst games in the LV= Insurance County Championship, One Day Cup, Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy and Charlotte Edwards Cup will be general admission, meaning you are able to sit wherever you desire when in the ground.

What is the perk of affiliating to a cricket club?
Yorkshire County Cricket Club will be keeping a leader board for cricket clubs with the most members affiliating, with prizes such as player visits, signed merchandise and tickets for games at Headingley available to clubs with the most affiliated members. To ensure this is fair, Yorkshire CCC will have a series of leader boards broken down by the number of teams each Club has, with prizes available at each level.

What’s included with the digital subscription?
The digital subscription gives you access to content and exclusive competitions straight to your inbox. It is the best way to keep in touch with all of the activities at Yorkshire and the Northern Diamonds.

Can I upgrade my membership during the season?
It will be possible to upgrade your membership during the season, should you wish to add other attendance elements, benefits or perks. This can be done by contacting the Club’s Ticket Office.

How many tickets can I purchase with international ticket priority?
Anyone who has the priority access to international tickets benefit will be able to secure up to six tickets per day of international cricket at Headingley. Please note this will be the only way of guaranteeing access to international tickets.

Is there a limit on the amount of domestic tickets I can buy with the 25% discount?
Supporters who opt to add the ‘25% off domestic tickets’ perk will be able to purchase up to four tickets at the discounted rate per day of domestic home cricket. Please note this discount is off the advanced ticket price when purchasing for the Vitality Blast.

How will I receive the membership card?
Membership cards will be available either digitally or as a printed card if requested.

What is the refund policy for memberships?
Please note that refunds are not permitted on any elements of the membership.
